Additionally, we encountered obstacles such as undisciplined students, alcoholic working boys, and occasional fights. But we didn't give up. We worked together, came up with new ideas, and implemented resident-friendly rules that consider each individual's situation. By supporting each other and always striving to improve, we overcame these challenges.
